  PRACTICE AREAS
Involved in litigation and transactions in the following
practice areas:

FAMILY LAW: A final decree of divorce will not be granted until the parties have resolved all legal issues between them, either by settlement of trial. These issues include custody of children, support, visitation and all financial issues such as division of assets and reliability.

CRIMINAL LAW: First is the right to remain silent. This means not answering any questions asked by the police. They are trained to trick an individual. Be wise and think before you speak.

Second is the right to have an attorney present and if you can not afford an attorney, one will be appointed for you. If the police think you violated the law, they are not on your side.

Their job is to gather evidence to use at a criminal trial, not to help you. "I want to talk to a lawyer!" These simple words should stop the police from asking you questions. If the police try to ask you further questions or threaten you, just keep
repeating those words.

Finally, you have the right to refuse a search. If they ask you for permission to search your home or automobile, tell them "No!"

WILLS:
Every person who wishes to have control over the disposition of their property after death should have a will. Without a will, the property of a person who passes is distributed according to the state law. Review your will when there is a change in your legal circumstance. Such as, marriage, divorce, birth, etc.
